Update 1-1-02
Hey,
Quick New Year's edition, before I head off to detox:
From Hy Rosov: The picture of Toni Rea belies the years. She still looks the same. It would be great to get more pictures from teachers and graduates after so many years gone by. Meanwhile, Happy New Year.
From Toni Rea: Thanks for clarifying my query about Paul Zegler. I remember being so thrilled at seeing him in that first commercial. And happy, too, at being able to clarify another memory of the Class of '65. I'm so hoping that something will materialize on a possible reprint of the '65 yearbook. Mine went the way of mold after our moving to East Hampton -- a damp box that I wasn't aware of until too late. I must take a look at the pictures that are available on the web site, just haven't had a chance lately as much has been going on. Feel bad, too, that I haven't had a chance to answer two really great e-mails from Stu Borman and Alan Finder; hoping to do so between Christmas and New Year's Day. There are also two or three other quips I've wanted to send off to other students I so vividly remember who have written in the Updates. Again, hoping to catch up with much of this over the holiday.
From Bea Massa Brown: Happy New Year to all my 1965 Classmates. Love y'all.
From Barbara Blitfeld Pech: As this year draws to a close, I wish to gather you all together, my oldest, dearest, returning, and new circle of friends. Since all of our lives were changed by the events of 9/11, this coming year for me will continue to be a time to reflection. I treasure your friendship. I thank you all for sharing your lives. I wish you all the best of health, prosperity, and hope.
Some more RSVPs:
From Fran Bellucci Johnson: Put me down, please, as wanting to be at the reunion. There are several considerations, but Nancy Garfield and I are planning to room together. We've seen each other twice recently---had a great time---and will hook up again after the holidays. See you soon.
From Peggy Galinger Menaker: I am on board for the Class of Õ65 Reunion and have booked a room for two nights.
From Sharon Hoenig Barry. Add me to the growing list! I look forward to seeing everyone in April.
From Rachael Robinson Rizzo: Hoping to be there in April. Sounds too good to miss.
